COURSE OVERVIEW
The advanced Emergency restoration course is designed to train the student with administrative and technical skill to react to and restore all major cable outages in the shortest amount of time.
Students learn to resolve major service interruptions caused by cut or damaged cables, wet and damp pulp, explosions, fires, cable burns, pullouts, etc.
The trainee is taught to develop a plan of action prior to actual emergency situations. These plans include an inventory of supplies, material and forces that may need to be deployed at a moment's notice. Verification of sources, contacts, telephone numbers all with twenty-four hour access.
This course is trained with the help of years of experience on actual emergency cable restorations. The course is hands-on, taught in a live environment.
