The basic installation and repair course is designed to train the field technician with the skill to install and maintain telephone service.

The course is taught in a live environment on actual installation service orders and repair visits.

This method of instruction not only reduces live load pending jobs (both installation and repair), but allows the technician to learn in their own working environment.

Our students far exceed those trained in a simulated environment on quality, productivity, and low repeat rate.
