COURSE PREFACE
The calling features overview trains the student to understand which services are currently available within the local exchange. Each feature is demonstrated first hand to each student with hands on operating procedures which includes an easy reference chart explaining each feature and common maintenance problems with how to resolve. Included are translation codes which alert the trainee of possible input errors.
This course is designed to aid the student in understanding operating procedures and resolutions when communicating with customers and inter-office personnel.
