COURSE PREFACE

A complete overview of the telephone circuit from the customers premise equipment and ending within the framework of the central office.

Terms, applications and functions are defined so that the process of receiving dial tone and signaling is fully understood.

The course takes the students through the actual path first hand as each part is described. Actual "hands on" is used starting at the customer's premise and ending in the local central office.
